Some things you should know...or to simply brush up on...

Gramaphone Record (or Vinyl Record): is an analog sound storage medium consisting of a flat disc with an inscribed modulated spiral groove usually starting near the periphery and ending near the centre of the disc. When made of polyvinyl chloride they are also known as vinyl records.

Early History: Well back in my day Sonny Jim...

Sound Enhancements: BRING THA NOISE!

Colored Vinyl: appeared as early as the turn of the 20th century, whether gimmicky or not, it's here to stay!

Picture Disc: showed up in the 1930s as an advertising ploy. Newer examples employ artistic representations and often graphic interpretations of a particular element or style, suitable to said album artist. They are sure to keep your attention.
